The Self-Discovery course explains about the use of self-knowledge and how to truly know oneself.
Through the 8 weeks of lectures and exercises, practice powerful techniques to delve deeply within your own
psychology and understand the different behaviours we have - how they affect our relationships, our
circumstances and our life.
Over the 8 weeks you can learn how to:
* activate awareness and consciousness
* see the causes of problems and negativity
* observe within yourself
* interpret your dreams and use them for self-discovery
* improve your relationships
* develop intuition
* overcome problems with drugs, alcohol, and addictions
* bring order to your life

Spring Cleanse
Looking for the perfect way to start your summer?
Beginning May 21st we will be conducting a seven day juice cleanse for all interested participants. The
cleanse consists of four 16oz Organic fruit and vegetable juices drank each day for a period of seven days.
The juices are made fresh each morning. Included in the cleanse is a manual designed to coach you through
your cleanse, with pre and post diet recommendations, commonly asked questions, a detailed list of all juice
combinations, and an index with extensive nutritional data on all ingredients. We look forward to Nourishing

DV8 Lounge
Cocktails, then dinner served by night vision goggle clad waiters in pitch-black
darkness with a live comedy show.
Started in Germany at a restaurant named Unsicht (German for blindness), it has
made appearances in London, New York and now Vancouver. Held
every last Tuesday at DV8 Lounge – 515 Davie Street. Tickets $45 , 604-317-8203. Doors open at

and your words.
