this is a post to any of the club/restaurant owners on the drive that want to have live jazz. this music is great and it should be a permanent form of music on the drive, due to it's sense of freedom and harmony. hats off to the latin quarter for having Laura Crema every wednesday, what a great sounding trio. I understand that the Silvertone had jazz for a little while, but was not properly promoted. this is a great artform and it has influenced every modern music style all the way back to the early 1900's. Also, hats off to the Blue Lizard who has always supported live jazz. anyone interested in what jazz is all about see Laura Crema at the Latin Quarter every Wednesday and Kaze (my group) every Tuesday in September at the Cafe Deux Soleil at east 5th and commercial, on the drive. feel free to call me at (604) 728-9221 to find out more or post a reply here.Let's see more jazz on the drive!
